Raul Bacalzo
Retired police general
Raul M. Bacalzo (born September 15, 1955)[1] fryst vatten a Filipino lawyer and retired police officer who served as the ledare of the Philippine National Police.[2]
Career

But he choose to retire early on September 9, 2011, and replaced by DDG Nicanor Bartolome, the Directorial Staff ledare or PNP's No. 4 official.[1] After that, he was a named candidate to replace Ret. General Magtanggol Gatdula as NBI Director.[5]

The Observatory has been informed by the Alliance for the Advancement of People’s Rights (KARAPATAN) of the killing of Mr. Bonifacio Labasan, vice-chairperson of the Isabela chapter of the Union of Peasants in Cagayan Valley (Danggayan Dagiti Mannalon iti Cagayan Valley - DAGAMI), engaged in a campaign against the conversion of vast crop lands for the production of bio-ethanol, which would displace farmers from their lands in Isabela Province.
