Brían F. O'Byrne is an Irish actor who portrays Erik Ventris in FX's The Bastard Executioner.
Biography[]
Brían F. O'Byrne first attracted notice for his performances in the Martin McDonagh plays The Beauty Queen of Leenane as Pato Dooley and The Lonesome West. He is known for taking on serious and dramatic roles, such as a serial killer in Frozen and a priest accused of child molestation in Doubt. Brían also appeared as a priest in the 2004 film Million Dollar Baby. In May 2007, Brían was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance as Alexander Herzen in Tom Stoppard's 2002 trilogy The Coast of Utopia.

Brian F. O'Byrne is an Irish actor known for his work on stage, television, and film. He was born on May 28, 1967, in Mullagh, County Cavan, Ireland. O'Byrne began his acting career in the early 1990s and quickly established himself as a talented performer.
O'Byrne made his Broadway debut in 1997 in the play "The Beauty Queen of Leenane," which earned him a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play. He went on to receive two more Tony nominations for his roles in "The Lonesome West" (1999) and "Doubt" (2005). In addition to his work on Broadway, O'Byrne has also appeared in numerous Off-Broadway productions, including "The Sisters Rosensweig," "The Exonerated," and "The Coast of Utopia."
